The Village – Shopping & Fun

“The Village” is a multi-purpose shopping complex in the city of Ferizaj, the second largest metropolitan area in Kosovo, 40 km from the capital, Pristina, 50 km from Skopje and 60 km from Prizren. The affected catchment area includes the entire metropolitan area of Ferizaj, Pristina, neighboring areas, up to Skopje in Macedonia, with a total density of 2,500,000 inhabitants. The target of the client is heterogeneous, composed mostly by families with two / three children of different ages, different social classes, on average with a medium-high spending capacity for the areas of Pristina, Ferizaj and Skopje, and medium-low for the other areas.

The complex covers an area of 82,000 square meters, for a total GLA of more than 40,000 square meters. in addition to the surfaces of a 4-star hotel, and a huge service area, integrated into the structure.

The asset is a mix between a retail park as there are large and medium-sized specialized and de-specialized areas such as: a 12,000 mÂē Viva Fresh Store; a discount store with the Interex brand of 3,600 square meters ,: medium and large shops of the specialized distribution Jumbo, JYSK, Neptun, Comodita and Aztech – a retail village: stands an artifact that architecturally reflects the style and design of our Italian outlets, consisting of 55 stores between medium surfaces and proximity exercises, with the presence of national brands:Graffiti, IAS GROUP, Max Optika, Optika Moda, Forma Bijoux, Garda Shoes, Emo, Gentli, Matrons, A&M, Cotto Brasserie & Restaurant, Missini Sweets, Shooter, CLOX Italian Multibrand, Driloni, IL GUSTO Ristorante etcâ€Ķ International: Sport Vision, Intersport, Punto Lavazza (the first and original point in the Balkan), Planet Kids, Milord, Tudor, BluKids, Bonatti, LTB Jeans, Flo, Penti, LC Waikiki, AVVA, etcâ€Ķ

The Food Court is where the Italian spirit represented in architecture and in the tenant mix by the presence of important Italian food and luxury retail brands is combined with the Balkans, with the presence of qualified tenants of the best traditions, where there is also a KFC drive-thru and Burger King drive-thru, adjacent will develop a food area consisting of 16 shops from which 10 are food related, 5 are retail shops and a baby club, all of which share a beautiful and modern terrace in the center.

The Plaza, an established structure with focus on leisure and entertainment consisting of two floors, each having an area of about 2,500 mÂē, but at the same time completely integrated with the rest of the commercial complex. The ground floor consists of a big electronic store, an indoor playground for the kids with a whole bar and a room where to organize birthday parties and other occasions, Italian restaurant, hair and make-up salon, cosmetics store, shoe store, sneaker store and a pizzeria. The Food Court of The Village – Shopping & Fun is being born.
The Village – Shopping & Fun, the first multi-functional outdoor complex in the Balkans, located in Kosovo, in the city of Ferizaj, increases its commercial, food and leisure offer with the construction of a new and important food court. Where the Italian spirit represented in architecture and in the tenant mix by the presence of important Italian food and luxury retail brands is combined with the Balkans, with the presence of qualified tenants of the best traditions such as Pasta Fasta, In Caffe, Mondo Coffee, Mamma Mia, Duki Daso, Carrera Jeans, Baby Club, Mon Ami, Matisse and two specialized traditional restaurants.
