OCM International

OCM International is the first company in the Balkans specializing in the research, development, design, leasing, and management of shopping centers, retail parks, outlet villages, themed shopping centers, leisure and entertainment centers, multi-purpose complexes, and office buildings.

OCM International was born from a strategic partnership between international industry experts and OXA Group, one of the most powerful holding companies in the Balkans. OXA Group controls eleven companies operating in diverse sectors, including furniture production, custom-designed hospitality and commercial furnishings, wholesale and retail jewelry trade, and the development and construction of residential and commercial properties.

This strong foundation allows OCM International to be a unique, independent, and professional partner in the Balkan market—a region experiencing rapid growth but still requiring structured, professional, and reliable investment and management services. The company specializes in maximizing return on investment through in-depth market research, territorial analysis, and tailored marketing strategies, as well as preserving and enhancing property value through 360-degree professional management services.
